Ah ok!

I'll probably go with a 1/8 bit to make sure theres sufficient space for drops to pass through =D

Um, should i make more than one hole? couse my left side blinker light (the one at the far left) also has water drops...

It does not the reason the condensation gets there in the first place is because there is an air leak.If you make 2 holes it flows throught.I did mine 6 years ago and haven't had a drop since.

You can use either 1/16 or a 5/64 drill bit.
I drilled mine where the green line is on the clear part.

Its funny...everyone has that same problem with new headlights, as did i. I had to take them on and off about 7 times till i didnt have any leaks. U just have to be absolutely perfect with the seals, i guess. But thats a great idea about drilling the holes in the bottom!.

what seals..that rubber isn't a seal.....as for driling holes that what I did using tiny drill bits with my trusty dremel..if you live where humitiy is a problem you will get some dampness in the headlight but it can be dried by using the lights..

Put your lights in a wood burner. It's guarenteed to get that water out.
