if swapping from a auto trans it should just bolt right in...it's a lot of work..I just did one when I had the heater core out of mine cause the dash was out anyway...which made it easier

no cutting holes or antying like that just alot of stuff to take out. don't even mess around just take the front seat and steering column both all the way out... some people cut a little slot on one of the tricky holes on the pedal assembly to make it easier to get it into position.

I did mine. Took about 20 minutes, and I didnt remove anything besides the old auto pedal. Very easy swap. It was harder to remove the old quadrent then it was to remove and install the new pedals.

Its 6 bolts. 4 on the firewall, and 2 up top. Swizle, and extensions. I dont know why everyone makes this out to be so difficult. I actually helped out someone online here and they said the same thing.

They were afraid to do it because they heard eveyone say everything about how hard it was. Then after they did it, they said it was way eaiser than they thought. I have done it 4 times, twice in an SN, once in a fox, and once in an escort. Now if you want to know what hard is, do the swap in an escort. They have a spring that winds the pedal up. That was a pita.
