http://www.compperformancegroupstore...egory_Code=SBF

click on the heads you're using and scroll down to the bottom of that page and see the recommended gaskets

My intake does that on the AFR 165's I have too(I thought you were saying the PORT on the intake was hanging past the edge of the head). The Fel Pro Gasket mjr mentioned basically has 2 seams for gasket sealing in that area, cut out the one you don't need. As long as the seam is sitting nicely on the metal of both the head and the intake and the ports on both are inside the seam, then you'll be fine. I'm using that Fel Pro one and it is leak free, but it looks like that's what you'll need, cuz from the first pic the one you have clearly won't work. Just make sure the port on the lower intake doesn't hang past the gasket seam, and use that Fel Pro gasket and you'll be fine. The inside seam of the gasket should work for you, that's the one I had to use.

it overhangs on BOTH sides, the reason you cannot see it is because I have already replaced the old gaskets with new ones. the second image I have shown CLEARLY shows how much the gasket hangs off... the problem is that I do not have a sealing edge on that part of the gasket.

the problem you see on the drivers side, is the same as on the passenger side.

Got any pics of the mating surface on the intake? And which one is it? If it needs to be closed up, do you know someone who welds? If you can't find someone who can do it for free I'd call RHS and complain, cuz designing a head that can't mate the cooling passages to the intake = epic fail.

So basically with it how it is, water would just be spraying out of the port right there.. right?
