Fitting issues...I'm stumped.

one quick question, do you have the motor mounts on the correct sides? I know it sounds dumb but that 351 should fit in. Everyone and their brother are doing 4 cyl to v8 swaps in notches and if it involved a k member for every swap tube k members would be dirt cheap. I put a 5.0 in my turbo tbird k member and it fit fine with no problems at all!

its not the face that they dont line up exact its that they need to be stretched out more to reach the k-member on both sides

you may have them on the wrong sides, the mounts are side specific, it may help to put the mounts loose in the k-member and then when u lower the motor, you can make it line up to the block, and start the bolts before setting it in.
