Default Trans Fluid?

This is the transmission i Have in my car and im changing the fluid in it. WHat would be the best oil to put in it? I dont know if it needs a special oil other than stock bc of the Gforce stuff? I know G force uses straight cut gears.

addative packages that help with tranny sincros that have wear on them and in some cases can help restore cleaner shifts where synro and blocker ring friction material wear have affected shift quality...we've had numerous cars come into the shop where the installation of this fluid on trannies with wear, it has improved shift quality to a point

I had the "wrong fluid" in my car when I bought it. 90 w gear oil.
Switched to GM synchromesh and now I'm using Mobil One ATF. No difference. All seems the same from in the car.
