problem?

Hey guys/girls, i have a 92 GT its an auto, here is the problem, when i start the car it starts and idles fine, but when i rev the car it will not go past 3thousand rpms?and the r's come down very slow, and it runs rough, i put new plugs, wires, iac, and i tried to set the tps, but i can only get a .55 on the tps so i drilled the wholes out and that is all i can still get, could it be my timing? or somthing with my maf? ALSO what do you guys set you voltage meter on when you set the tps?[:@]

RE: problem?

you don't use the red wire, put your voltmeter to DC volts
put your positive lead inthe green wire and your black one to a good ground
I just poked a hole in the wire.
check what it says, then loosen your TPS screws and turn it till the voltage is between 0.97 - 0.99 volts.
thats it.
