Yes its a nice looking piece. Its simple and you may keep the stock airbox if you are so inclined (on 87-93 anyway)
I got one for my setup and modified its (and the MAF's) looks here:
http://www.thatmetalbox.com/automoti...ake/index.html
I first saw one on a car at Knotts Berry farm's fabulous fords forever and snapped a pic here:

so I bought one, thinking its would be good to keep the inside a constant diameter like mandrel bent tubing, but I wanted mine to look closer to stock so I ground off the logo and powercoated it a wrinkle black... first time powdercoating in my buddies back yard in some old electric oven, looks closer to stock now

here is a stock SD system to compare

so to compare I put them all in a page

be aware that the sampling tubes are different for the 73mm and 76 actually they reuse some of the tubes but the same color/calibration# for the 73 is now different for the 76 and some are unique for each MAF

any particular reason? One of the main reasons i want to go with the c&l is that i can buy the whole set (heat sheild, k&n, maf, and replaces the stock rubber tubbing)

easier to tune from what i heard overall better piece use ford electronics.

dont get me wrong the C&L isnt a bad piece i had it on my old stroker motor. the cold air intake kit with meter is definitely a better piece over my old bbk cold air intake
