Would this be alright for a decent power gain--GT40 P heads (1.85/1.46) (59 cc chamber), e-303 or b-303 cam. Im not sure which to go with. Cobra Intake manifold, 1.7 roller rockers(or will i have clearance issues, with those)?

Yeah will def be a big diff, you can get into the 12's with some gears and some traction with that combo, low 12's maybe? Def go with the B cam in my opinon.
