try cleaning you IAC, or replacing it, its cheap. other things you can do that wouldnt hurt is it clean you maf sensor, check for vacum leaks. it could also be your coolant temp sesnor. mine went bad and made my idle surge bad, i noticed you also hae the b303 cam, i have it in mine to even then it still jumps a little bit.

check the vacum ports, a small leak, will do this as well, not noticeable to the ear

My car was doing that too. I couldnt hear the leak so I started moving the hoses around, when I hit the one with the leak it started running better.

you can check the tps voltage also and try cleaning the contacts on the ten pin connectors( salt and pepper connectors) on the back of the intake also.

Okay I put a new Idle bypass valve and now i got the idle right where i want at about 900-950, but this morning i let the car warm up, went into the house, came back outside and the car was idling at 2500 rpm and would not go back down, i turned it off and started it again and it idle just fine what is the deal?

I would reset the base idle and then give your car about 300 miles of driving to get everything adjusted.
