the tri-ax has a longer through thatn the pro 5.0, thats why people put tri ax handles on there pro 5.0 shifters

I want to make my own arm by bending some steel, get it angled toward my body like the shifter is on the Ford GT.

That's easy, you take a small steel pipe with threading on it to match that on a regular ****. Then you put it on top of a large steel pipe or any curved surface, and step on it until it bends!

No I'm joking, don't do that!

Not sure why you think it takes so much money for an MGW. The one for my Cobra shipping and all I think was $182.

i pressed in brass bushing in my stock handle and it works great
