Buyin New Engine But Got Some Choices
Well my 1988 Mustang GT's engine has finally had it. So i am goin to buy a short block. I have a few choices though. From 699.99- 1295.99. If you guys could give your opinions on which would be the best to buy that would be great. THANKS!!!

i would buy an old block because there already broke in and build it up from there as to how you want it...but new ones are good to:)

i would build a motor good crank, rods, pistons, i wouldent get the first two i would go with the last one if you do that.

I believe those are just stock blocks...
If you're building an engine start with a solid base, get yourself a nice sturdy block! No sense in making gobs of power if at any point your engine could split in two. Yeah it's going to cost a bit more, but well worth the investment. But let us know your plans and we can help you out a bit more. |

alright what i am goin to do is have the same mods i have now on my car and then get new heads and cam. thats all i really want. Then maybe in a few years or 5 i will get turbo kits to do a twin turbo kit for mine. Other then that i just want to have a nice street demon. I am feelin the 699.99 one. I think it should do me good. I tend to baby my car so its not like i need somethin really heavy duty.
