Question coolant overflow bottle for a 93 lx I'm trying to put the car back together it didnt have one when I bought it. Is there a sensor that goes in it or a plug in I need to see if its been chopped like everything else on the car. In process of putting ps back on and trying to find a coolant bottle to put back in it. Cause if it overflows into nothing it will suck air back into radiator correct or do I need the overflow bottle

My 93 LX had a low coolant sensor in it. Basically a pop on cap with a log rod on it. You can get them off Ebay.

I don't think all LX's had a sensor in the bottle (all GT's did) So there are two types of bottles - one to accept the sensor and on that wont. If there isn't a sensor, then all you need is the standard cap for it.

not sure if I had a sensor or not person who had it before me chopped and threw away everything they didnt think they needed, things that now I want back on. So now I need the fan shroud too sense the bottle bolts up on it. I guess I need to take a trip to the junkyard, to get a fan shroud then I'll buy a new bottle and get a cap The caps are probably at a parts store right?
