[sm=WTFsgign.gif].......uhh no........anyway.......my first question would be how was the battery test performed???? did you place it on a Vat machine and give it a load test..usually the test places the battery under a load with 1/2 of it's cold cranking amps programed into the machine formax of 15 sec....mine is digital and does it on it's own after I plug the CCA into the machine........anyway if it tested good and a load test of the alt tested good and you have verified the specific gravity of each cell on the battery via a hydrometer test and a good battery should read1225 to 1250 on each cell with a variance of no more than 25 between each individual cell...if all that checks out...you need to perform a voltage drop test on the power and ground wires and any more than .5 of a volt drop and you got high resistance in a cable and or connection due to corrision.......if you have long tube headers that wrap around the starter..heat soak is the issue and you'll haver a hard time resolving this issue unless you wrap the headers or use a battery like a optima with a lot of cranking amps..that's what I did cause I got long tumes and it cured the issue also I upgraded to a larger alt
