alternator amps

hey everyone gotta a dumb and simple question thats baffles me. ok i gotta 91 fox with the75amp alt. so i came across a 130 alternator from a 97 stang but with a v6 in it, will it fit in my fox or should i just be lookin for a 94 - 95. also are there any other cars that the 130 amp or higher will fit i hear from a taurus will fit. any help will be greats thanks

it will fit you just need to trim it and get a i beleve a new top bolt it needs to be longer also your ganna have to wire it diffrent.

if your switching to a later model alt that later model foxes came with you need to perform the wiring mods to...it's called the 3G alt upgrade do a search it's not just a bolt in and go...wiring mods need to performed
