what kind of carb for a 308

i havea built 302, bored over 40, big cam, 58cc heads, 11.3:1 compression, the engine is built to handle up to 7000 rpm, what type of carburator should i put on it?

Holley 650 Double Pumper with mechanical secondaries would work well with this setup!

i think a 650 should be fine. i personally like demon or holly... edlebrock if that is what you are into

my 12:1 302 that i spun to 7k didnt like the 650 dp i used. it didnt like the 650 vac. sec. either.

to be perfectly honest that damn thing ran better with a 600 holley then anything else.

i have a holly 750 dp with vaccume secondaries just needs cleaned up a bit from sitting. i got it with my 1970 mercury cyclone GT 351c. pm if you are intersted. i just want to get rid of it. will trade or offer cash if you like.
