go with the 351, and put a stroker kit in it, you wont be dissapointed.
I went 347 and wished I went with a 427(stroked 351).

if you're starting from scratch they will both cost close to the same price.
but the windsor will be stronger and have more power.

I would go for the 351 and have it stroked! You cannot beat more cubes!!
