I was wondering if anyone else has had any oil around the lower head bolts. I was thinking it cant be any head gasketissues since those bolts go into the water jackets...right? I just checked the torque setting and all was good and i dont feel or see any oil coming from the valve cover gaskets. Any info would give me a piece of mind, i hate doing head gaskets.

mine leaks there too, i havent found where its coming from, besides the headgasket

Its just odd, i would think it would be coolant if anything u know

Nope, seen this on a 1968 camaro and he would smack his headers on the ground when the car bottomed out. The stress from that impact falls right on the head bolts.
