Stil just spins, i've tried everything i can think of, i havent been able to put alot of pressure on it and turn it at the same time though, the piston isn't big enough to get a c-clamp and the tool on it at the same time and when i try to put the c-clamp around the took and piston, i can't even get the c-clamp tight, let alone turn the tool with the c-clamp on it. Anyone know any tricks? or how much i should pay for a new caliper for the one side?

you obviously arent using the right tool, or arent using the tool right. Go to advance autoparts and rent the master brake tool set.. it will go in.
