It is kind of a rought picture it is out of the haynes manual.Look at the throttle body linkage where the cables meet the throttle body.

and in the 2nd pic is the hose i circled have anything to do with the tranny?

From what I can see everything looks ok.The hose you circled is for the egr valve.It is a vaccum line.

yeah it was disconnected for some reason that couldnt be causing bad shifts could it??

Yes it can.I had the same problem on my Grand Marques and that thing wouldn't shift worth of crap.It doesn't want to kick down gears good either.Give it a good test drive and let us know how it is.

no luck still doing it it doesnt wanna shift when i start going till around 3650 rpms

Then I think you are in trouble.Get a good rebuild.
I went throught the same thing with both of my Grandmarques,The trans started slipping and not shifting properly then just went out all together.
