ok i got 17x9 for the front of my car which one is better 255/45 or 255/40?

well the 255/45 is going to be a wider tire, but you also need to consider how much room you have, and you dont really have a whole lot of room in the fox body i have 16s with 225/55 which are a ok size tireand rub alot when turning

40 is lower profile sidewall... it up to you big guy... I run 275 40 r17 all the way around, but thats me and a SN95
