If I were to buy a kenne bell supercharger to throw on a 100% stock 302 with low low miles, what all would I need? I would like to run 8-10 psi, what extras will I need to buy to make it all work without problems?

RE: kenne bell
yeah, im hoping between selling my extra car, whatever I get back from taxes, and a few k saved up will be enough to get everything done right all at once. What all is included in the upgrading of the fuel system, just injectors and a fuel pump or is there more? What about the transmission, would I need to worry about it? How much more can I expect to pay in parts to make the KB work?

RE: kenne bell
You will need
new fuel pump .... $100
new MAF and injectors ..... $400-500
Computer tune ...... $500-750
King Cobra Clutch ..... $175.
Will be pushing stock trans, but should hold up ok.
Suggestion?
You can get a turbo kit $2,900 or $600 less than the
KB and make more power and have same off the line torque.
HIGHLY recommend a turbo over the KB

Man rbarn might as well put a turbo ad in his sig
But yeah at the very minimum you'll want injectors, maf, and fuel pump, and you'll need a tune. many other things will help a lot but those are the bare minimum things. Clutch is a good idea too if yours is worn.

RE: kenne bell
Well, I would really like to keep as much of the motor and whatnot as stock as possible, I figured a supercharger would be how I get the car fast and whatnot. The KB is something different and the tq seems like a nice selling point. I don't know why, but for some reason I don't like the idea of a turbo, I have no real reason to dislike them, I just don't want a turbo setup. I was kind of hoping I could get what I wanted from the motor with 3-5k and have some left for other things, but it seems that wont happen.
