What is the towing capacity of a 95 GT?

Not sure what is uglier, that car or the trailer.
As for towing with a Mustang. The purists here are having a hard time thinking what 1000lbs is.
A Mustang would have no problems towing that.
I'm all for frame connectors. A nice upgrade for any unibody but installing a pair just to tow 1000lbs is overkill.

One of the limiting factors about putting a hitch on a Mustang is tongue weight. I "think" I remember a 100 pound limit along with the 1,000 pound towed weight. There's not a lot of frame back there to bolt to. I'm thinking of putting a Hide-a-Hitch on my '93 to pull a light trailer and my '06 Harley but I think that rig would exceed 100 pounds tongue weight.
There are times I go places by myself & it would be fun to have both available. When my wife goes, we take the Ram 2500 diesel and the big trailer with both Harleys.

Basically the bottom line is you have a Mustang and a Grand Prix, it shouldn't be a big mystery in terms of which one should get the trailer.

Haha... front wheel drive vs. rear wheel drive. Probably not going to bother with it, as I am going to get rid of the 95gt..

I wouldn't pull much with a gtp though, their transmissions are hardly great......I would honestly rather use the mustang for that sort of thing
