Got them out. Thanks for the replies.
Used a bar to pry the axle down at bit and a few hose clamps to compress the spring a bit. Not like a spring compressor and compress the entire spring. Just to shorten a few rings about 1/4". It was enough to get them out.
I added some spacers under the bottom isolator. The were about 3/8" thick and now the car sits about 3/4" higher.
I'm lowered with Eibach springs, I think the Proline kit.
Too low for daily used, especially winter.
This gave me a tad more ground clearance. I may take them back out when I switch back to my summer tires.
