all of a sudden its really hard to go through the gears i have to force it into the gears and reverse grinds . it just started doing this out of the blue and i just changed the transmission fluid with royal purple.

Does the clutch grab rite at the floor?
If so it needs to be adjusted to remove the excess freeplay.

Oh its ahydraulic clutch?
Did you check the fluid?

fox body stangs are manual/cable operated..not hydraulic...unless someone spent alot of time to convert it .....you got a cable operated clutch that works off of the pressure plate tension[&:]

like I said cable not hydraulic..so don't know what fluid you were lookin' at

so does the pedal tension and free play feel okay???? if the cable is not binding and clutch pedal feels okay then what were you doing when the problem happened..running it hard??? or driving normal??
