Default sn95 Five lug

Well I just switched over to five lug with sn95 spindles and just drums & axles out back. After everythings was done and over with the brakes are a little squishy. They work, but the pedal go's farther down untill they feel good. I know I should get braided lines but was wondering if I should have switched over to a 94-95 master cylinder... I bleed them a bunch, I know theres no air left. Any hints and ways to solve this?

Ya this would probably help but usually the stock master would be fine if you left the rear w/drums. check out sn95brakes.com

Bleed the brakes some more.
I kept the same master cylinder with my SN95 front setup and Ranger rear setup.

Well I adjusted the rear brakes, but the petal is hella far down. So maybe bleed them more?

Never took the master cylinder off ever. Only things I took off were the brake hoses to modify them so they would fit the calipers.
