Default What compression will a stock 89 shortblock be with 56.5cc heads.
I was wondering what compression my motor would be at. My heads are fully worked over '70 dooe 351w heads that are fully ported, chevy 1.94/1.6 valves, and milled. I measured my stock e7 heads out at about 64cc and these measured at about 56.5cc. The shortblock is a stock 89 withnew rings, bearings etc.

maybe 9.5 to 9.8
