Default ECM, Mass air and throttle body

I am in the process of building a 306 it isa 9to1 engine with a 6psi Paxton on it. I have a ford Motorsport cam which is similar to the X cam. I also am putting AFR 185 heads on it with 62cc chambers. My main question is that I'm confused as to what to do with calibration of myECM, mass air and what size throttle body to get. Also what size injectors?
