5.0 fox inspections?

5.0 fox inspections?
Was wondering if anyone has problems getting their 5.0 Fox inspected. I am planning a project car that i will eventually drive in the future but come inspection i dont feel like looking all over the place for an illegal inspection.
My question for all those with a 5.0 fox is, how hard is it to get an inspection where you live? I live in NY where our restrictions are pretty tight. so the emissions is my only concern. of course im goin for mods on the motor and am looking for an answer for someone that lives in a state where vehicle inspections are due once every yr.
