Some kid tol me to smere some anti-seize on the steel bearing retainer so the throwout bearing slides well. Another guy said not to do that...whats everyone here think...it goin in tomorrow morning, do i put anti-seize on it, something else, nothing? THanks guys.

The throw out bearing comes in the box with a llittle light grease on it so that is obviously ok to do. Just put a little light grease on the retainer and that should be good, What is the slide made out of on the throw out? Metal or plastic.?
