with an f-303 cam I'd put at least a 3000 stall..in fact a friend put a 3000 stall in their 68 cougar and it has a 89 roller motor with f-303 camand tci street fighter c-4 with matching 3000 stall and it wasn't really enough cause the flash stall would start to come in around 2500...when foot braking

Thanks, I do have a C-4 in the shop, but I'm going to run the AOD till it pukes. I figured I would need 2800 - 3200 stall, even with the 4.10s. I was looking at one of these converters. Anyone had any experience with them?

the only way to get the most out of your converter is to have one made for your set up. the only problem is that i forgot what most people around here usually suggest. maybe somebody will chime in
