Kazer, I don't know what your budget is, but if you make the ole bird handle, you'd be surprised what it will do to those imports (if you built up the motor).

GT40 heads were on 93-95 Cobras and 96-97.5 Exploders. GT40P's were on 97.5+ V8 Exploders. The P heads are better, IMHO, b/c you get the compression bump and they don't have EGR provisions plumbed into them. I would spend a little $ and have them machined to accept 1.90 intake and 1.60 exhaust valves....OR at the very least, put the 1.54 exhaust valves out of the GT40's into the P's (replace the stock 1.46 exhaust valve).

The MM box susension packages are a great way to get everything you need and matched components to make it handle likea summumma b1tch. Be sure you drop some steeper gears in the rear end as well.
