tell me a little about the car. is it a dd? can you go pretty extreme with it? this is what i would do- trick flow track heat engine kit, 70 mm tb, 190 lph fuel pump, shortie headers, and 2400 stall. that might be a little over 2500, but it will be a sweet combo and give you potential for even more. if you sc that later, then you will be 1 sick car. that will actually give you more power than the sc (360 compared to 319, according to summit).

A little info about the car, It's a five speed, centerforce dual friction clutch, bbk x pipe, flowmaster mufflers, bbk cold air kit, and 3.73 gears. I'm just wanting an awesome street car, and something to run at the track.

build a motor, it would be faster than just having a stock motor with a blower

Honestly I would go with H/C/I, a worked 5.0 always sounds cooler than a stock 5.0 turbo/or supercharged. If you were to just throw a blower on that stock 5.0, you wouldnt really gain as much as you should due to the stock heads. The stock cam wouldnt really be much of a problem with the blower, but the heads def would. Go with some AFRs, an Edelbrock intake and a custom cam. Most bang for the buck right there, expect around 100+hp extra.

yeah man, i had everything but the heads on mine, once the new heads were bolted (Edelbrock Performers) on it completelty changed the sound of my car and the way it runs too, of course. Good heads offer as much gain as an entry level blower, might as well change the cam and intake while youre at it. I will be happy as soon as i get this damn missing bullcrap fixed

Forced induction, baby!!!
Don't make your car suck in air... blow it in! Think about it.
Totally changed the sound of my exhaust with the supercharger alone, even before I opened the pipes up.

a supercharger on a stock motor is pretty pointless, might as well build it right

i also agree with the h/c/i. common guys. us mustang people are always looking for more power. u no damn well that if he bolted up a blower to that stock motor, hed get sick of it and wat more power. what would that meen? take the blower off, take the heads, cam and intake off, put new heads, cam and intake on, then put the blower back on. do it once and save yourself the trouble. get the heads cam and intake, then when u decide u want more power, u can go ahaed and bolt that sucker on.

Made my car much faster.
I don't want anymore than what I have done to it already...plenty for me. Some people get way too obsessed and don't know where to stop until something blows up.
All in what you want I guess, but definetly saying "pointless" is a little absurd to adding a blower that was designed for a stock motor to a STOCK MOTOR.
