Default Serpentine Question (Delete Brackets)

All I have right now is the crank, alternator, and water pump in my system...I know this would be the wrong rotation for the water pump. I was wondering if the A/C delete bracket below would bolt up right onto the the old p/s pump bracket? What are you recommendations?

well you just route the belt the other way around the crank to change it.

also check for the motorsport ac delete kit, moves the PS pump up and DOES NOT use an idler pulley, much better imo, makes the car like it would have been from the factory w/ ac delete

No..you'll need to use all the hardware from the a/c delete kit in place of the old factory bracketry and it is to move the p/s pump up where a/c use to be..so like mentioned above there is no idler with the kit

Well, here's the thing guys...I don't have the power steering pump anymore, AT ALL, which means no pulley. All I have right now is crank, alt, water, and an empty ps bracket which still in the same place as in the picture above, but with NO pump attached. My deal is that I need to get some sort of bracket that will bolt somewhere on either the empty ps bracket, or another bracket that I will buy.

Here is my contemplation right now:

1) Could I bolt this onto my ps pump bracket?

or

2) Can I use this bracket kit, and bolt on this?

haha, nothing about my car is stock....it's a fully caged and built daily driver for fun i bring her to the track, built purpose as a drift car, but it ran a 12.4 on street tires.

just need to figure out this p/s issue...I know i could go electric water pump or reverse water pump...but i don't want to spend the money right now seeing as the funds really arents there. It seems like i'm the only person to do this, i've searched every 5.0 forum and have come up short.

ok, here is my thinking...just buy a shorter belt. just with the 3 pullies, there should be no rotational differences with or w/out ps. would you agree?

Your very crude drawing looks like it would work............. in theroy, but to be safe i'd just find a a/c-ps delete kit to do it right without hoping
