Are you using an electric fuel pump? I can't think of any other reason it would spray fuel on its own.

Something in the pump diaphragm/spring/check valve inside the float bowl maybe?

Your floats are stuck!! When they are stuck, the needle stays open andkeeps forcing fuel out your squirters instead of stopping the flow. Just tap your back bowl or take the 4 5/16 bolts out and spray some carb cleaner in it!

You say squirters? Do you mean the squirters that spray when you pump the gas or the venturies?
Is this happening with the pump off?
Are youusing a regulator? Did you check your fuel pressure?
7 psi. max or you will bypass the needle and seats.
Adjust the float level.

You should check your fuel pressure. You might be running it to high, and when the system keeps too much pressure in the lines it could force it out of the carb. Interesting dilema...
