Default Leaking water inside the car

I want to find out what have been the biggest reasons on why a t-top might leak, My car is leaking where the window and hatch glss meet together. What is most likely to cause this.

a power window motor not being able to push the glass all the way up against the seal.

the actual seal where the window meets the rubber seal.

the bushings inside the door.

I know of a few places to get the seals but I want to make sure it is not something else first. Thanks for any help.

You Just have worn out seals. Think about it, the car is 21 years old almost. Or if you are a lucky one since it is a 5.0 car, it may have had the crap beaten out of it down a track without subframe connectors and tweaked your body enough to make the window not seal all the way!

I'm guessing the second option?

Will adding the sub frame connectors straighten the car back out some what if it is tweaked?
