The break in period says 450 miles! I hardly drive my car that in 6 months! How am I ever gonna do that. Is it really necessary to drive 450 miles on it?

If you want your clutch to last al ong time, you'll break it in. I broke in my Centerforce that I'm using now for about 500miles, maybe a bit more, and it has over 100k hard miles and still kicking.

i wouldnt say its nessicary, but i would drive it a little, when i broke in my clutch i drove it probly 50 miles round trip then the next day it was at the track

Spec told me as long as you have under 350hp you can start driving it on the hard side after 250 miles.

well, there are race cars that run clutches and mabye go 100miles a year, the best way to break in a clutch is to drive in normal stop and go traffic for a couple days.
i broke in my trans and spec stage 3 on the 25km drive to the track, then made one moderate pass, then letter rip.

Idk about a "road trip." It needs to be 300 miles of stop and go, not highway driving.
