Default Trick Flow Twisted Wedge Heads

I am wondering if I can install the Trick Flow Twisted wedge heads without changing cam or doing piston work on an 87 GT? The bottom end is stock. I already have the Trick flow upper and lower manifold so I wanna stay with the same brand.

Yes you should have no problem bolting them right up, nice increase in power too.

you'll be fine the twisted wedge head is designed to work with stock pistons as it has a canted valve design unlike most other 2.02 valved heads which are of a inline design

+1 You shouldnt have any problems running Twister Wedges on your motor. They are very nice heads also with nice room for improvements if desired later on down the road. GL.

What kinda HP increase will I see? The Trick FLow dealer here said with the heads and my upper and lower intake I should see between 350-360 HP. Does this sound right?

you are going to needa the trick flow cam to see those numbers. 350 is what is advertised on their top end kit, however they tested it ona 306, not sure what the compression was, and that is of course BHP.

Without the cam it wont make that much power. Alot of people buy the whole top end kit and see around 275ish hp. Not trying to crush your spirit, just giving my opinion

I am pushing around 250 HP now, so your saying the whole kit only boost HP up to 275. THats alot of cash for 25 HP. No offense but that doesn't make sense to me.
