Default No power to cigaret outlet

Iwant to plug something in and it wont charge, i tried on on a different car and it worked. What could be wrong with my outlet and how could i fix it?

take the cover off the fuse panel and look at the back side of the cover . i know on fox bodys they have a little diagram on there showing what go's towhere.

i have the same problem along with the horn and cruise not working...my fuse panel does not have a diagram!!!

the horn fuse is fuse position 16 and is a 20 amp fuse. thats should be the same fuse as the cig lighter but this info is coming from a elctric and vacum book on 92 systems. so roost fuse 16 should fix the horn thing.

iam not sure if the sn95s have to same system but i tryed.

if all fuses are good then you'll need a test light to check for a break in the wiring and test all wiring = power and ground side until you eliminate where a break may be/short/open circuit
