hose on top of radiator cover?

tried that when i put the cover back on but it doesnt fit...because the hose is in the way

Sounds like they bent it than when they put in the new radiator. And it should go under the cover.

yes i know but its supposed to go under the black peice going around the radiator coolant tank but i cant get that black peice off and it goes all the way under the radiator cover and connects to the car and i cant get the bolts holding it on off and im figuring theres something on the underside that i have to take off to do that but i cant get to those

I would be extra careful with that shop, if they didn't put the effort in putting the hose in its proper place something is really wrong.
