RE: A/C and PS removal
you can do that put if you eliminate the power steering you really need to install a manual rack too that has the correct ratio for manual steering or if you use the power steering rack as if it were manual..it'll be a bear to turn in stop and go city driving and in parking lots as well as parrallel parking...I'd buy a a/c eliminator kit and retain PS if it'll be a street car

RE: A/C and PS removal
ive been running a power rack without the pump on 5.0 i was fine with the setup till my motorcycle wreck i coulndt turn the wheel at all since i only had partial use of my right arm. so i broke down and fixed my power setup[:'(] ive been holding off till i could find a decent priced manual joint to put the manual rack. i think ill just get a new power rack and call it done[&o]

Yea its gonna be a street car, but I figure less equipment = less weight, less headaches. I have a 34 coupe with no power steering, and its a pain, but you do get used to it. Im only looking to remove the power steering because there seems to be a problem with it.
