has anybody used these before?

i havent really heard much about them but was wondering if anybody has used them becuase i have a custom setup with my ecu and fully tuned which really added some hp for me but was wondering if anybody has used these or knows if they work?

a little box hook up 4 wires and wha la an instant 25 percent increase in power......I doubt it'd be worth the benifit vs cost

A guy on here , can't remeber who, but he had one, said it was a waste of money. He siad you could do the same thing that thing does for free...bump you timing.
And also, if it worked, everyone on here would have one......
