have you tried seeing if the tube bends are correct by comparing them to the stock intake?

dood the longer straight tube is what you start with. clamp that first bend on to your t/b with the clamps and rubber boot you got. angle it down a little into your engine bay. then slip on the MAF to that tube with the smaller side of the maf.(you will see which way the air needs to flow by the pic on the sensor. now clamp that on. now take the bent bigger three inch elbow and turn it in the exact opposite direction towards the fender.(should kinda look like a backwards L. now clamp that piece on to the maf and run the last two inches or so of the 3 inch pipe through the fender wall. now go throught the bottom and clamp on the filter. hope this helps.

Ebay can either be a great thing or not. this is especially true with buying automotive stuff. my friend bought one of those no name intakes off ebay for his prelude for 30 bucks he got it in 4 days and it fit perfectly. Likewise I bought a grille for my truck that was supposed to fit.... needless to say it didnt.

It looks like it should work. I got a UPR one and the pipes look identical...although even mine hit the strut tower, so I had to wrestle with it (I have about 1/4" clearance now). The wider 90 degree tube is from the fender where that plate hold it and the air filter. This connects to the maf, and the other skinnier one goes from the maf to the throttle body. At least on mine, that was the hard part, because you really have to push kinda hard against the rubber hose sections to get the right angle.

But it looks right. Here's a pic of the UPR one, it should go together the exact same...
