Default 94 gt 5.0 Brake Proportion Valve

i recently noticed low brake pressure and proceeded to check it out when my fluid level got low. to find out there is a leak in what they call the brake proportion valve under the master cylinder. the problem is all the local dealers and shops say that they not longer make that specific part. wtf how can they just stop making a part on a car as popular as that. anywho does anyone know where i might get a new one or a way to bypass it? They dealers said istallation is costly so if i could find one i would like it to be new or with warranty.
thanks!

ha ha ha !!!1 I had the same issue last year on my 85 gt and no one makes them....and they are discontinued for my 85.....however, what you can do is ask the dealer to do a search in the nation as all of the dealers are set up on a network for parts inventory..and that's what I did and low and behold there were three dealers that had one in stock...left over new old stock...so they give you the dealers number that has the part and you call them up and they go and physically check the stock of said part!!! and what do ya' know they had it and shipped it to me...costly little SOB!! 90 dollars[:@]....but when it's a discontinued part..it costs what it costs!!!..you could also remove it and install an adjustable one

ya they did the so called search and came up empty handed. adjustable? do you have any refrences for the adjustable ones pix or websites? mt.veron ohio gix, that would be a life saver! not sure exactly about the leak seems to be comming from the end towards the front end. maybe a seal or something. the parts looks basic enough just give it a press and it steadly drips. hahaha if its not one thing it's another! was driving home from work pushed my clutch in and heard the worst grinding and squalling ever! what to do? only had the car 9 months hope this doesnt keep up. (maybe i shoulda bought the supra ahhhh what am i thinking! american muscle all the way!)

Thats funny!, I drive only american muscle, But!!! We build everything for a Supra, we are SupraSport.com We make our own turbo thats a direct bolt on, and a lot more parts. We have a supra that puts out about 1200hp. If they what it, we make it or sell it.

I JUST changed my brake proportioning valve on my 91gt, you can find them on ebay. Mine looked great and was only like 25dollars SHIPPED to me. Good luck mate, you will feel a MAJOR difference if your leaking fluid at a noticeable rate.
