Both have great reputation and feedback.
You should register at http://www.theturboforums.com/

Remember you need more than just the kit.
You need supporting Fuel management and more.

a buddy of mine had a cartech set up on his sn. he seemed to like it but it was only working for 75-100 miles before the tuners tried to squeeze out to much hp, went lean and blew it on the dyno. but yea as far a inexpensive kits, the most recommened around here are the:

bgturbokits

ponydown

quicktime

on of thier cars was actually just for sale on ebay i think. its the white car on page 3

that cartech kit is a bit expensive if u ask me. your gonna want to skip out on the FMU offered and buy a set of 42 lb injectors and fuel pump, also not listed on there kit is a blow through MAF P-MAS makes one but thats another 275, your also probly gonna want to eventually upgrade h/c/i for full potential, so i would recomend and H/C/I before the turbo, but u can do it either way

Dont get the CarTech kit.
It's old technology and over priced.

go with B&G or Quicktime.
