timing issue help!

Default timing issue help!

i dont know what the crap is going on with my car i just got it running the other night after rebuilding it and let it warm up and removed the spout and set base timing 10 degrees ok good that's fine well tonight after som other problems occurred with it between monday and today such as just blowing a fuse to keep it from starting and the coil going out on it i decide to run it for awhile and check the timing again. motor is warm i turn it off remove the spout and restart it check timing o and i swapped dizzys to see if that was the prob which it wasn't now it seems to be runnig fine but the timing is reading 30 degrees btc wtf!!!!!!! what is going on here?

well that's what i thought to begin with but when i go another tooth i can't get enough advance out of it to run right
