94-98 rear on 93
does the 94-98 rear simply bolt on to fox? I have a 93 and a guy in the area is selling the complete rear with disc brakes for $150. I'd love to throw discs on the back and i think that's a really good price. please let me know. THanks.

yeah it will work, it is a little wider so you have to be careful with the size rim and tire you go with, plus you will have to have a different proprotional valve and brake booster and master cylinder, but the is a good price

yes it will. the only thing you really need to swap is the axles, brackets, rotors, calipers, and the soft and hard brake lines. all that stuff will fit into your 93 housing if you want to keep the gears you have. if the sn-95 housing has the better gear set thenjust swap the whole rearend.then you just need to get ebrake cables for a 93 cobra and convert the front of the car to 5 lug and your good to go. be sure to get the right backspace wheel for the back since the axles are .75" longer per side.

Kinda on the same subject here.. About that master cylinder. I just got all the disk brake stuff off of a 94V6 to throw on mine. So can I just run my booster off of my 90 with a 94 master cylinder. And if I can what am I going to need to get it all connected. I know there is like a 3-2 port thing, do I have to do that or can I just switch the MC over with no modifications. Thanks.

You dont need the booster but it would help pedal feel from what I here.

you will need the 3-2 port conversion. maximum motorsports has them. i still have my stock booster right now but i dont like the pedal feel. i am gonna go with a hydraboost setup eventually. maximum motorsports also has the braided brake conversion hoses for the front brakes so you dont have to use an adapter on the hard lines.
