i would go to summit and spend the money on the kit they offer it comes with everything needed and you will need to buy a cutoff switch to pass tech at most tracks the kits usually dont come with a switch you will need to buy a high amp switch also

I like the novelty of the batt in trunk, it can be a little effective with weight distibution, but the main reason for me was to clean up engine bay.

yeah i was gonna do it to clean up engine bay... and help with wieght distribution... every little bit adds up and helps imo

where would be a good place to ground in the trunk for the negative cable? and... with my negative cable there is a smaller black wire that goes with it to the terminal and then it is grounded on the engine bay and then i follow it and it starts to go into the wiring harnes... what is that and what do i do about that???
