Im getting tired of this 4.6 crap so my buddy had a 302 out of like an 85 thunderbird. He said if i gave him 200 it was mine. It comes with tranny(needs rebuild)wiring harness and computer. i said ok and am going to give hime the money this week. Im going to rebuild the whole motor and put some gt40 heads with a 500 cam. Now this is where I start to have questions for you guys. I am going with a carbd set up, so I was told to use a throttle linkage from a 85 t-bird?I know that I have to get a 94,95 k member which i am working on right now. I also realized that I need a t-5, so i assume that I will need a different tranny mount and driveshaft. Aslo how does the brake booster work on the 94 to 95's?Does it go off the ps like the 4.6?I have more question but i figured id start off with these first. Thanks, John

94's Brakeboosters are vacum 95 are hyro from the Powerstering

cool so All i would have to do is get a 95 PS pump?

if i where u i whould go with fuel injection but thats just my opinon i cant help u on carb probs

Yea i know i have been getting that alot...but I just want some change for now Anybody know how I can get the T5 to work with my speedo. T5 are cable right?my T45 is electronic right now.

Use the same speedo sensor from ur current setup should work. Thats gonna be alot of work and money to go from a 4.6 to 5.0. Personaly I would just get a new crate 4.6 or something along the original lines.

Im going to take my time with it so money isnt an issue...im just tired of the 4.5 motor. I figure on spendin around 4 to 5 grand.

Should of done a 427 or something bigger than
