Default motor mount difference

i was just wondering what the difference is between a convertable fox and a hatch or coupe fox? can you use convertable motor mounts on a hatch or vise versa? there is a convertable mustang down the street from my house that is parting out.

converitble motor mounts are more rigid since covertibles are more flexable and they are sopposedly soppost to last a lot longer

he said they were installed about 300 miles ago. they look pretty good, not cracks or anything. the reason he is parting it out is because he got rear ended pretty bad and wants to get money for parts before it gets towed to the junkyard. he's only asking $30 for both. any other thoughts??

I have vert mounts on my 88 GT. The way they are made the torque of the engine tries to compress the rubber instead of pulling it apart like normal mounts.
I also have 2 pair of new Prothane mounts if someone wants them.
