more q about underdrive pulleys
I was looking at the March website for info and they have an install and give some decent info there. They state that the crank pulley in their kit for the 5.0 is 4.375 inch in diameter and the alternator pulley is a 2.00 inch pulley. My crank pulley is nearly 7.0 inches in diameter but I already have 2.00 inch alternator pulley for sure. I ask because on the site they mention that if you have low alt output at idle you can put the original alt pulley back on and still get the benefit from the overall reduction from the crank and water pump pulleys. If I already have a 2.00 inch alt pulley I won't have that option. Does anyone have any first hand experience on the 94-95 GT. Thanks.

no first hand experience with those specific years, but in my opinion unless you have an aftemarket high amp stereo system or some other high amp draw aftermarket add-ons then you shouldnt have any problems... the ones that have problems usually only have them if they idle for long periods of time especially with the radio booming.

i've got the march pullies on my 5.0 didn't have a problem until i tried installing a stereo system...that just killed the battery...and well...horsepower won that battle and the stereo idea got scrapped.
